MEALS
To embrace a healthy and yogic lifestyle, we promote a vegan diet consisting of pure and natural foods which are easily digested and that promote health.
Two vegan meals will be provided daily and healthy snacks.
All produce is seasonal, organic and locally sourced.
Please inform us of any food allergy or special dietary requirements in advance.
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are in stone houses rebuilt and designed according to the region's traditional architecture. The interiors were conceived to allow you to rest your body and soul in an organic environment.

Accommodation is shared (3-4 participants per room), sharing a common bathroom.

A CONDUCIVE SPACE
We wish to create a peaceful and healthy environment, a conducive space for the teaching of Yogic practices and Ayurvedic lifestyle. Therefore, we wish for our participants to be part of this by observing some rules:

Smoke-free environment (Venue grounds, including rooms, diner,
gardens and terraces)
No alcohol or drugs
A spirit of sharing all activities, including classes, meal times, common areas, rooms and bathrooms
BOOKING
Places are limited, therefore please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Bookings can be done by completing Registration form and by paying full amount by PayPal or Bank Transfer. Once we receive your Registration form, we will email you details for payment. Please ensure you check spam mail not to miss our confirmation emails.
Early Bird : 495 € / per person (Until April 1st, 2022)
Regular Fee after April 1st: 545 € / per person

There will be no refunds after March 1st, 2022.
It is not possible to transfer booking to another person.
